Caught this little guy as I was coming up the hill from the river this afternoon. Turned him loose under the deck. Just hope my neighboors don't chop him up.

Oh please. They are a legless reptile. They help control insects, rodents, and vermin. They are good to have around. Devil? I don't think so.

 

'cmon now, need the devil around to remind us of what could be..... snakes? yeah they are needed too, one piece in a very large puzzle.

I can stand them when they are behind glass in the zoo ... but when they drop into the john boat and chase ya or sit on your tool box waiting ... yeacchhhh !!!! (the hair is standin up on the back of my neck already !!)
