something nice to see...
went to the local home improvement store that I go to ALL the time. Black stocking cap, shades, long sleeve black and blue plaid shirt, black boots....looked like a NY gangster. Now, I went to the same lady as usual....handed her my debit card, normally she hands it back and says have a nice day....not this time, asked for my ID, held my card and ID while I signed the receipt and checked that all signatures matched
..didn't know that I was looking that shady
...glad to see she is looking out for me though.....
...good people in the country but, you got bad everywhere...JKE out....@ 1543.

So....is that REALLY a good thing or is that a bad thing....commonly called profiling?? I'm all for them checking signatures and stuff, but they should do it for everyone....not just the guy that looks like he's up to no good.
OK MEN....go easy on the account
....guess you kinda got a point there....I think she mostly did not recognize me. She kinda knows me from going in there so much...she may do that to everyone else that she doesn't know
just struck me as funny....have a great day men...JKE

It may be an inconvenience (when you forget it at home) but I would rather have them check me every single time. I would really like it if they would check the hoodlum that lifts my credit card !!!
I use my wifes charge card and very, very rarely get questioned about it. While that is convenient for me... it doesn't leave me with a warm fuzzy feeling that when I misplace or have the credit card stolen that they will catch it.
Did you read the Darwin Awards where the clerk did question the guy about not having the signature on the back of the card to match to the receipt ?? When he signed both of them (at the same time) .... wouldn't you know it, they both matched .... have a nice day.
