serp belt fried

Hey guys I am hoping someone might have a little insight to help me out. I am working on a car and the harmonic balancer failed and the belt fried leaving large chunks of rubber fused to the pulleys. I am looking for a way to remove said rubber. So far I have tried:
1. die grinder with wire brush wheel
2. rubber buffer for installing patches
3. brake fluid
4. Air craft remover (paint stripper)

So far all the above have failed. The best was the paint stripper but it is only straching the surface. So I am open to any and all ideas Please help a brother out!!!!!

Are the pulleys on or off the car? Metal or plastic?

If metal and off the car, some time with the bench grinder equipped with a wire wheel may work.

The pulleys are on the car and are metal. I would like to leave them on the car if at all possible its a v-6 and they are tucked away nicely.

Heat it back up or freeze it with dry ice, liquid nitrogen or CO2 Fire Ext.
