It sounds like you are hitting the Back button when you get through reading a thread. Try using the Forum Jump at the bottom right. It will automatically be on the forum section you're in,,,,, just hit the GO button and it will take you back to the Index page for that forum section.

One more 4 to 12 shift and then I get a break for a week or so. Shovelhead and I are heading to Atlanta GA Thursday for the Diesel drags this weekend and then I'm off work for the following week. Something tells me that Wifey is going to be adding a bunch of stuff to the Honey-Do List to make sure I'm not bored till I go back to work.

That's what I thought too, but unless I've actually read a thread, everything stays BOLD in all the forums. Used to be, the whole board would be in UN-bold after I signed out and back in later, regardless if I'd read them or not, except those that had new posts in them. Like right now for instance, if I go back to the 'Skuttlebutt' thread, it will show UN-bold because I was just here. Same with another thread I was reading. But if I were to sign off the board, then right back in again, all the other threads will be in BOLD where-as they used to show UN-bold because I had been in that forum, (or maybe just on the board).

No big deal, just something new for an ugly old janitor to get used to. (I hate change!)

The barber that cut my hair was 75 years old, I am thinking this is good...Obviously he knows his business pretty well by now

He gets about halfway around my head just a buzzin away with the clippers when he tells me " I aint suppose to be here today, Doc took a cataract offen one of my eyes yesterday and he told me to take a few days off"

Luckily if I tilt my head a little to the left and down, my hair looks almost even on both sides, if I just wear one shoe it looks dang near perfect

 

It will grow out.......maybe.

 

My old barber in Springfield used to have a sign in his shop that said "Nothing grows slower than a BAD haircut !!"

I'm waitin for the bald spot on the top of my head to get a little bigger so I can get that tattoo of the little guy pushing the lawnmower ... looks like he mowed a big patch on top !!

See? THAT'S why I stopped gettin' haircuts! It used to be REAL long, but 'old' is starting to keep it a bit shorter lately.

Started my day at 0400. Had a 2 1/2 hour drive to get to the class I was teaching, taught all day, then another 2 1/2 hours on the road to get home. I'm beat and ready for bed.

There's fresh if anyone wants it. If not, it'll still be there in the AM.

Man, guess I better not stay away so long. Come back and everything is all messed up. Just keep that coffee going, Chaikwa.

We are in South Haven, MICH. Some really neat little communities up here, but the prices are rediculous. Need to get back to Florida so I can eat again. At least fuel is coming down, but not diesel - - now figure that one out. Heading south tomorrow and see if I can find that crazee janitor somewhere down there.

What a buncha dead-beats! I made coffee 1st thing this AM before I left for the day and NO ONE has touched it??? Now it's all burned to the bottom of the pot. (Doesn't taste bad tho!)

Someone has been in here tho... there's crumbs all over the floor and my donuts are gone. If this keeps up, I'm gonna move the coffee pot to the bathroom!

At least you wouldn't have to carry the brush back and forth from the kitchen to the bathroom that way. Pass the Comet please.
