This place is REALLY dead today. I spend a lot of time on here during the weekends and that seems to be the slack time !!

I GET SOOOOOOO LONELY !!! Heck, I don't even have B.E.R.T. to tinker with.

That's it ... y'all are gonna have to adjust your schedules to fit mine !!

Hope y'all are having a great Labor Day weekend and hope to see y'all at the Scuttlebutt next week !!!

Slackin land lubbers think this is holiday routine. Well to celibrate Labor day you have had to work a day in your life, so turn to!

BTW, Labor day is for civilians!

Heading out to give the truck a bath even though it's gonna rain tomorrow.
Pressure washing the wheelwells, and trying to de-gunk the underside of the engine near the crancase vent.

Not too much else goin' on today (I hope).

Enjoy the extra-long weekend.

Morning folks!!
Back from the high desert and what a trip. Nothing but miles and miles of nothing but miles and miles. There is no direct route to anything. You have to go somewhere else first to get there.
Mission is going well. A few glitches here and there but the troops are adapting and overcoming. Equipment is working great but a real bear to get to.
Lots of rain. Enough to shut down I-10 a couple of times while I was there. Don't get caught in a low spot during a thunderstorm cause the water has a good head of steam built up coming down out of the mountains.
Got to start playing catch up.

YAAAAWWWWNNNN .... this early reveille is gonna take some gettin used to. The radiator in my $600 "wonder-beemer" decided to let go the other day. Hmmmm.... could it be that winter is approaching ?? That's when the last cheap european bomber decided to send me packin' too .

I decided I might as well just save the money and ride the train and the bus until I leave. The public transportation system here is really good. I may have to get up a little earlier, but I don't have to deal with the traffic AND .... there are LOTS of pretty young hotties to look at on the way home !!!

AAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGHHHHHH !!!!!

I wouldn't bet on that. That's the wonder of the internet, you can wander thru for a cup of and be many time zones ahead or behind the guy who actually made it.

Pistol's probably pretty much thru with his day and I'm just getting ready to go start installing a new software system in northern OK.

Have a fun day and remember, if you can go to work - it means that you're not dead. Make the best of it.
