I'm not a 'military' person, although I DID sleep at a Holiday Inn Express one time
Nice thing about being an 18 year contract sillyvilian on a military base is I have to ability to tell someone with metal on their shoulder "That's the dumbest idea I've ever heard" and get away with it, AND I don't have to salute squat.
I respect the rank, but have more respect for the person.

Wow it's noisy around here. Go back to bed or at least stuff your mouth with a donut.

YUK, WHO MADE THIS COFFEE??? ATTENTION: THERE WILL BE A TRAINING SESSION IN THE MESS HALL IN FIVE MINUTES - - SUBJECT - - HOW TO MAKE A DECENT POT OF COFFEE.

OK, now I can go back to sleep.

Well gang...

It's another o' dark thirty here. The snow is falling and the deck is collecting. In the dark it looks to be about 1-2 inches of fresh snow! I really don't want anymore... Hey FiverBob you want some of this white stuff? It great for keeping your beer cold or maybe for making icee's...

Mopar1973man, send me about 2 feet of that white stuff. I'll take moisture anyway that I can get it and with the warm weather we've been having around here (highs in the upper 60's), it won't last long but should soak in good rather than just run off.

It will be nuther nice sunny day here is Casa Grande, AZ. temp about 68 today, cool nights. Had my ration of java and now it is time to make my lunch. Looks like we will set a new record for days with out rain. Should break, or have broken the 101 days, the old record.
SR nice to be able to walk out for the rest of the day.

I got the wife off to work, she is doing taxes for the tax season for a nationwide tax prep company.

Got a few little things to get done.

I'm up! Already fed the three cats and one dog. On my second cup of joe. 100% chance of rain today. Guess I'll change the fuel filter tomorrow.
