Yes. But it was working fine earlier today. This just started tonight. The only thing I've loaded was some Cannon camera software. I don't see how that could affect Mozilla, but I'll uninstall it.

It's fixed. It was the Canon software. The Canon software for a camera I don't have. Yet. I wonder what I might be getting for Christmas? Hmmm...

You went the right direction. The janitor is probably unaware that he is currently getting severly coated in ice. I don't know why he hasn't built breezeways yet, that would allow him to get to each building without ever having to step outside. They're probably close enuff together.
