I live in Los Angeles County where you almost have to be married to the governor to have a CCW however about 10 miles to the East in San Bernardino County you can easily get a CCW.

Our County Sheriff and local City PD do a lot of Active Shooter Training here at our Malls Hospitals and Schools,

At Westfield Mall it looked like an actual attack with SWAT rappelling from helicopters onto the roof of the mall,

Our Schools are always having them and also Kaiser Hospital

Would you know what to do?

After you get shot, you will never look at a situation the same, you will have a heightened awareness.
I was told in a meeting, it is no longer a matter of IF, only a matter of WHEN something will happen around you, there have been a lot of Home Invasion Robberies here lately.

This is an excellent outcome to a heinous event. I have not shed a single tear for the two who died at the hands of law enforcement. I do, however, sob internally for the inocent's whose lives were lost that day. I also sob even more knowing there was not a single defensively held firearm in that building that came into play and could have lessened the impact of the two idiots actions.

While I continue to look out for my own arse, I wish someone carrying would have been available to contribute that day to save a few lives in the name of God and country....
