Once again, thanks for the links and potential options folks.

He tells me today he's found an OEM vendor for the oval grommets (Honda).

It's a '96ish Honda Civic (I think). He's pulling out the D16Y8 (120hp on a good day in it's current trim) and replacing it with a K20A (Type-R / 230hp stock/OEM).

He's completed the majority of the wire-tuck hiding everything behind factory sheet-metal (Harness going to the front of the engine-bay for example) . . .

He's reconfigured and extended the engine harness so as to be the only harness seen and it goes through the firewall to the relocated ECM . . . .

Still working on it.

(I have suggested a full-tilt 4BT would take that thing for a ride . . . . . He ain't into it).

Oh, Rice Burner street racer.... I get it now...

I see you've put a fire under his........ with that portable heater pointing at his rear.

Cool looking engine, I might add.

Oh he keeps the racing on the track.

Yeah, the engine's a bit tall for the bay it's going in. I made some brackets so the power steering pump could be relocated down to where the AC compressor was . . .

He needs to hurry up as his mess is where I normally work on my mess, and I've got a new cam sitting here next to me.

I've got a buddy here that works on Honda's and Acura's exclusively doing performance mods. I was at his shop yesterday afternoon when he started tuning an Acura with a 67mm charger on it. The first run went 376 hp at about 6000 rpm and 22 pounds of boost. The second run went 430 hp at about 8000 rpm, don't remember the boost but he had dialed down the wastegate so it was much less than the first run. I had to leave so I didn't see the final tune. They were hoping for 500 but I don't think they'll squeeze that much more out of it. We usually have lunch together on Tuesday so I'll try to find out where they ended up.

That looks like quite the ambitious project. Nice to see he's going the extra mile with hiding the wiring. Those little details sure make a difference in the final product.
