Radio problems

My truck at work didn't come with a AM/FM radio. I also have to make it so it's easily removable. So I built a wood box and put the radio, CB and speakers all in one unit. The problem is it's a 2004 International and has an electronic IP. I keep getting interference especially with AM that corresponds to the amount the accelerator pedal is pressed down with the most noise when it's down.

Is there a cheap easy fix for the interference such as a filter that can be installed in the antenna line?
