Pucker Factor

As the title implies I'm sure this fits as a pucker factor. Don't know if this has been posted before was looking around on city diesel when I saw this:

Actually, I think the boat is attempting to pull him out backwards. Just can't get enough grip on the road with those little trailer tires.

I've driven that road a few times. It's unbelievable. Don't they still have length restrictions and a no trailer bylaw?
