Ahhh, the joy of buying a new house. Rather get poked in the eye with a sharp stick. Trying to have one built is even worse.

Nice looking place and good luck!

Sweet looking pad. I dig the hardwood too. Looks like a semi "open" floor plan which is nice to have these days.

Best of Luck, hopefully this time your sale will go through nicely.

HA!
We are selling our place and just started looking into new spots. A wise person told us "If you have ever had any kind of martial disharmony, go ahead and start building a new house, you'll be divorced before your through."

(we're looking at existing homes now)

Good luck with the sell and the move Britt.

Unfortunately, I can't see the pictures for some reason, but from what everyone else is saying it sounds like a nice house.

If there's anything I can do to help just give me a call: 1-800-468-4285

Beautiful house Britt .... I wish you the best of luck. That is a pretty nerve-wracking time of your life. It will all be worth the effort when it is done.

It’s difficult to let go of a place that has been home for generations, but times change and you have to move on. Your family’s safety is a priority, you’re making a good decision. Good luck to you and your family! Enjoy your new home it’s a beauty!

Thanks Mopardan, I might just take you up on that offer I'll introduce you to Hoss since he is going to be there.

Thanks for all the replies. We need all the help we can get. If this one doesn't go through then where pretty much done for this year as the real estate season pretty much stops in Nov. and doesn't pick up again until Feb. or Mar. So far everything is moving along fine but I hate to say anything. From past experiences any little snag can throw the whole deal out the window. Hopefully that won't happen this time.

Thanks again.

Britt
