Almost time for lights. Gotta go feed the little recruits, I sent the Green belts home early last night, and told them to come in late this morning (0500). I had to let the boys breathe, kids are quiting left and right. I hope they got their mind right, when my hats get here, they are going to be in a world of hurt.....

Even though I knew it would buried here somewhere, I was gonna start a properly named thread and let this one slip away to oblivion without anybody finding it. Then I lost my energy. Coffee's on, janitor must be sleeping in, cuddled up with his new bed warmer. Who's makeing breakfast?

Lost one steelhead yesterday. The run is about over but the few we hooked into were real fresh and silver. Weather should be good for some shrooms this week, hopefully.

Gotta go mow the lawn today, so that's prob'ly contributing to my lethargy!

Had the chance to meet CrisR & 'The BOSS!" yesterday. They were passin' thru on their way to pick up a new trailer. Haven't heard from them since we had lunch together yesterday, so hopefully things are goin' ok for 'em!

With all the southerners bragging about thier breakfast every weekend, I figured we could spare them the responsibilty of putting away the left-overs. But now that there aren't any donuts, see how quiet there being? I thought we were a team here. I hope we don't go "all for one and one for one" here, like some other places.... Coffees getting cold... back to this old house classics....

Yeah, sometimes around here (work, not DTR) you'd think we were haveing choir practice with everybody crying me, me, me all the time.

 

No breakfast for me yet. Going to look at a Scag walk-behind mower later for my infant part time lawn care biz. If it's half as nice as the pics and how it sounds it's coming home with me. Gotta try and get my neighbor sprung loose for the 1.5 hr each way road trip. Not sure if I'll get her done though, she's hard core.

 

Morning folks. I see the janitor showed up this morning but, the Marine beat him in..........again! Redleg, you want some noise? I got some noise for ya! Blah blah ........blah blah blah! IA_James, swing over to my gallery, I ordered what you want last week. Not a commercial grade machine but it should last a long time with the little bit of grass I'm cutting. Chaikwa, get the goats, you need the help. Maybe Heidi could move up there and train them to weld, or at least glue. and cereal this morning since the donuts are gone. Guess I'll have to make a run to Kripsy Kreme. Cin's still avoiding the raspberry ones so it's donut holes only for her.

cold and rainy yesterday-deciding what paperwork to finish. TOTALLY FORGOT I had concert tickets!!!!!!!! Martina McBride, Little Big Town and Rodney Atkins... Great seats close to stage left and above the floor folks so little people like me could see! Great bar B Que and found a parking space even....man those folks can sing!!! did the soul good!

LUNCH platter here for those sleepy heads: fruit, veggies and assorted lunch meats ( FOUND OUT THE HARD WAY THAT MICHIGAN DOESN'T do ASSORTED SUBS) fresh rolls and cheese, condiments- fix it just the way U like it guys!!!

looking forward to working on the stern drive IN the sunshine! luckily? I do not have grass duty to do- son does excellent job (and they won't let me near the mower.)

Mad, your letting them sleep in that late? I've given up stirring the coffee, now I'm just using a chipper trying to get blocks off.
Finally back to the internet. I left for Six Flags Friday morning and my best friend and another buddy played fools when we got there. I got there and they were wearing foam wigs. My best friend had pink and pig tails, my other buddy had a green one with the hair sticking up and forward, and I had a blue one with a bunch of spikes around it. (Like a golf ball only with the dents reversed) I figured we would have crowds walking wide of us, nope, had a bunch of girls asking for pictures. Then we went to my buddies house out on the lake not far from my school and we were out on the lake all day yesterday, I'm burnt and sore. (Why do you have more fun when the next day you hurt the most?)

Got a late start this morning. Kidletts gone for a while, wife is napping, Not feeling well.

Had a goot time at my much older and much, much wiser sister's. Friday nite went with the senior group for her church. The Keenagers, dinner at Cleborns (SP) cafiteria, and a play at a christian theater group. Saw "Gallyproof" a comidy about Moses wandering in the desert.

Gettin ready for my trip to Mexico. Be celebrating #3 kids 40th birthday. Be a lot of fun. Near Cancun. Fly out on May 2nd.

Gotta run, places to go and things to do.
