Some duck tape, crazy glue and paint and I am sure Bark will buff that right out and have a new wonderful story to share with us! I had lines like those come down and arc on the ground creating dirty three inch ***** of glass at a house I grew up in in the sixties.

Nothing I have ever done resulted in something like that.
Although avocado's remind me of this one time when I was running the blender in the bathtub mixing up some......oh never mind, I dont want to hijack the thread.
Thanks for sharing the pictures with us Jim. Sobering reminder of the power of electricity (the stuff that makes my blender work).

I had the misfortune on a jobsite many years back, where an apprentice electrician was working over a 4860 buss and dropped a wrench across 2 phases. The wrench vaporized, sending an arc upward which fried the apprentice and knocked his helper 25 feet back through a door in the electrical room. I was the 1st person on scene and it was grisily. The apprentice died instantly and the helper was in the hospital for 4 months and went thru 6 skin grafts to repair is face and arms. Electricity is some really bad stuff when it escapes its normal path....

Which is surprising considering some of your exploits you've detailed in these pages!
