Old Fashion Home Remedies

I tore my right rotator cuff thowing 1.5 years ago thinking I was an major league pitcher. I have slowly rehabed it back to where I have good mobility, but I still could not sleep well on it without taking meds. My wife read an article about putting a bar of Dial soap under your sheets and it is suppose to help with pain. I have been to the DR. and he wants to do surgury, so I figure what the heck? Well, I know how this must sound, but it seems to be working! I am almost pain free and I have been sleeping better than I have in months without pain meds. It also relieves night leg cramps & "restless leg syndrom".

Here is the article.

Another home remedy that works is Vics Vaporub for toenail fungus. My daughter had toe nail fungus from too much nail polish so we tried it and it worked!

Any others?

I put it up by my shoulder. I don't have a clue why it works, and neither does Dr. Gott, the nationally syndicated columnist that printed the article in the local paper.

Sure it is, but do you want to know the side affects?
