Oh Yea! This Feels Great.

Hows it going everyone, hope you have enjoyed your Easter so far.

The trees are alive again and starting to bloom, which means my allergies are kicking my butt. I layed down to rest my eyes and woke up 4 1/2 hours later. I sortive missed dinner but that's ok with me. I havn't taken a nap during the afternoon in a long long time.

So who else got the chance to rest their eyes on this beautiful day?

Didn't rest my eyes but I'm sure feeling the pollen pollution. I have asthema and hay fever real bad so it's Loratadine, Benadryl and Albuterol all day. Had a good supper at Sonic though.

I havn't been to a Sonics in...A long time, quite a few years.

Yea the allergies were in full effect today, we have a Cotton Wood tree on our property, man that thing just makes me drag all day long. I'm going to have to cut it down and disperse of it.

The cottonwoods around here clog up the A/C and I have to take the top off every year and hose it out.

Used to live in Tampa, FL and the oak pollen was so thick it would make a thick coating on the cars. I had to get out of there.

I had to rest my eyes this afternoon. Apparently the 2-3am mornings with my favorite cold beverage had taken it's toll on me this weekend.

Allergy tip. Eat honey from your local area. It will build up antigins to the local pollens. Think the site to fine local honey is backyardbeekeeepers.com not sure.
After lunch be time to check the eyelids for light leaks.

Well, Oklahoma allergens are at high levels and today we hit triple digits. What a spring. On a positive note, this is the first year that I'm not having to hit the OTC allergy meds. A chiropractor suggested the homeopathic remedys Histaminum and Apis Mel and WOW!! Whenever the allergies start, those seem to knock it right out and no more med-induced drowsiness.

That after-lunch siesta does sound good right now.
