He's nuts for wanting nuts in everything.
Nuts, IMHO, ruin a perfectly good, moist, chocolate brownie.
On pizza?

ex-zachary.

seems like the more i complain, the more Mad's wife tries to win me over with her huge cat-head brownies. i try to resist....but i am too fat...

the last batch she made, when JWBM was down here, they was like big hunks of cornbread. i got bloated & unattractive that day....

I just take the top off and take out the nuts...Grandma always spoiled me; it was no nuts "cause Timothy wont eat it." (Grandma was the only one that got away with callin me Timothy too...) shed even make bacon extra crispy for me too! Man, I miss grandmas cookin...
walnuts can be funky. and one rotten walnut can ruin a whole recipe.

pecans, almonds, the good stuff.

there is a little store between here & mads that has "Pecan Syrup" by the bottle. good old homemade thick syrup, with chunks of pecans in it
yummmmy

you had to go & bring up Grandma's, yep, my Grandma had 12 kids,
she could lay out a feast at a moments notice.

edit: Mad, i think we need some more of your wife's homemade vanilla bean cool whip, as pictured....that was FABULOUS...

dang, i think i am gonna scrounge for a snack...

I never met a brownie I didn't like! Nuts or no nuts. When somebody gives me a brownie I eat it. When I make brownies I put nuts in them(If I remember).

It does not matter to me either way, depends on how the wife makes them. My only complaint is my wife will start to make some after I have already enjoyed a few beers, then I have exchange the beer for a large ice mug of milk and a couple of warm gooey brownies fresh out of the oven. (Talk about feelin full)

04ctd, I dont know what kind of pie that is, but it does look absolutely delicious!
