Nuisance deer permits?

I was told today that the state game and parks no longer gives out the permits. But if I shoot them on my land and just leave them and not carry them off or process them, the game and parks has no problem with it. I'm going to call the game and parks Monday to see if this is right, sounds to good to be true.

Wow, I wish that was the case here! I don't know how SD compares to other states, but it seems like here, the g f and p are a bunch of ******, making life miserable for landowners or anyone who keeps their year's catch of fish in the freezer. Licenses in general are very expensive, and a double tag landowner deer permit is $15 for two antlerless and $20 for one of each (I think). And don't even get me started on the praire dog thing. Hundreds of thousands of acres ruined and billions of tax dollars spent to accomidate a bunch of weasils (ferrets). 
Makes me sick!!!!!!!
Sorry for the rant, but I think that sometimes too much importance is put on wildlife!
