I noticed the majority of the speedometers only go to 100...

6 IN A ROW,POWERSLIDE,, CUTOUTS ATTATCH TO THE CROME LAKEPIPES .DEFINATELLY COOL
DIDNT NEED GPS BAVK THEN, THAT CAR KNEW EVERY BACKLANE&PARKING SPOT WITH IN 40 MI, ONLY THING THE BACK SEAT USE TO EAT SOCKS & UNDIES ! I KNOW IT DID ALWAYS WAS LOSING SOME PIECE OF CLOTHING !

I remember those days well. First car was a 54 Olds Super 88. Best back seat was my dad's 57 Merc Turnpike cruiser. It was a great undy grabber too...much to my dad's dismay.

 

First car for me was a hand-me-down 1953 Merc Monterey that my folks bought brand new.
I did a search the other day and discovered that its worth in the neighbor hood of 30K.
Wish I had kept it.
