STUPIDITY is the the cause of 99.99% of all accidents.
Stupidity as in not knowing your abilities and going faster than you can handle it, stupidity as in not learning how to control you car in all conditions, stupidity for not paying attention, stupidity for showing off, well you get my meaning...

I think it was George Carlin that once had a skit about equipping everyone on the road with a suction-cup dart pistol with darts with "IDIOT" flags on them. Whenever some IDIOT cuts you off, runs a stopsign etc., or won't move over, you shoot them with your dartgun! And when enough IDIOT darts are adhering to the offending car, it is a flag for the cops to pull them over and give them an expensive ticket for being a idiot driver...

Think about it... You have ALL had these kinds of feelings about morons behind the wheel of a motor vehicle. (On a few occasions, I've wished I had an RPG instead..

I believe that device falls under illegal search and siezure. An officer here, neads probable cause to track your speed. Maybe if the liberals take over, they'll interpret that a little differently.
