The wife took Roxie to the vet last week. We now have a diabetic feline, over 600 on the glucosometer! Two shots of insulin a day. All the kitty candy and junk cat food went to the dumpster. Nothing but meat for her for now on. We are having to puree everything for her because she has so few teeth left. I decided to check mine while I was at it, 168. So I will need to make adjustment to my diet as well. I don't know what more I can cut out.

cougar, perhaps you do not need to drop too much, but instead look at what you need to add. Augment what you eat.

Little better day today. Got in a gentle exercise session, stayed home all day. Wow. Got some desk work done.
