Because Mikey Jr arrived today at 3:12 pm and he's gonna need something to drive in a couple of years..... He weighed in at 7lb 7oz and was 20" long. He's perfect!!

I don't care what anyone says or how tough you think you are, when your newborn opens it's eyes and looks at you for the first time you can't help but get a tear in your eye. I held back any balling but I couldn't stop my eyes from tearing up and getting the sniffles. Oh well. It lets my wife know that I am really human....

Mom and baby are doing great and will probably be home Friday. Ah! Just looking forward to the sleepless nights again. This is number two and the last one for us. We are very happy to have a girl and a boy now. Our daughter is 3 years old now and can even help her mommy with the baby. Thanks for the kind words....

 

OOOOh, is that poor boy going to be picked on.

An older sister is bad enough (so I've been told), but 3 years older.

Congrats on the new arrival. Glad to hear everybody is OK. Sounds like you were in the birthing room with your wife during delivery. I did that with my last one. It's an experience that will stay with you the rest of your life. Hang in there!!!
