I saw one of thse fart cars go by me today with an exhaust system on it, reminded me of back in the day chasin down dorks on mopeds, i wanted to run down that smart car and kick it in the but! no rubbin issues w tires on that first one I guess, from the angle they hid weather or not it has a front drive shaft.

I saw my first smart car when I was in Norway. It was parked next to a quad (they are street legal there).

The quad was bigger.

 

Probably faster too

probably... a bit odd to see a yamaha Grizzly rolling on 15" low profile street tires tho.
