Is it just me or does QZILLA ignore everybody else's post's and PM's too? I have posted and PM'ed several questions to him and have had no response. Is he still alive?

 

well from what I've seen on this forum, the big Q seems to be pretty darned responsive. He even asked for feedback on their new cover assembly for the Commander from DTR. I'm sure he's just exceptionally busy right now, ramping up the MMM, rolling out the Xzillairator II, etc. I'm sure he'll respond soon.

 

I have seen is swing both ways, from multiple people complaining to multiple praises for customer service.

No excuse either way I suppose though.

I know hes fairly busy with several projects. Sometimes a call is best to get in touch with him. Nothing but good things to say about his responsiveness and his overall customer service.

 

I've PM'd him a few times and got a response within a day or two. He seems to have alot more going on now. Maybe you need to be more patient. If it's that important, why don't you call? 1-888-842-6572
