Jonah is growing!
As some of you know, I have been training my German Shepherd, Jonah for working SAR. I thought I'd show a picture of what he looks like at 20 weeks old. He and I just finished a training session that pooped both of us out, and he's got his toy for being good

Those aren't satellite dishes, he ordered the special edition sonar receivers. Them baby's ought to pick up sounds hundreds of feet below the surface.

Although I am very partial to my Rotties, that is a beautiful dog. Keep up the good work Jack. Maybe I'll get to see him in August if we have the meeting down that way.

DD4X4

We used to have a 6 month old German Shepard that looked just like that. Her name was Autumn. My mom made us give her away after 2 weeks cause she was to big for the house. 3rd day at home, she could open every door in the house. It was almost scary how smart that dog was. Great looking dog Jack.

Jack, that is one GOOD looking dog. I love German Shepards. Right now I've got a Black Lab and a Great Pyrenees, but I think the next time I need to get a dog it's gonna be a GS. They're smart, protective and great with kids.

Thanks for the compliments, guys. He's growing quick, and he is definately the smartest dog I've ever owned. Very keen on what's gonig on around him, and he's very good with the kids. I just can't believe how fast he's growing!
Re:Jonah is growing!
Hope you're feeding him well. Fast growing dogs need food designed for fast growing dogs. I've always used Eukanuba Large Breed puppy food for large breed dogs....with very good results.
I can believe he's smart. You can see it in his eyes.

He learns faster than any other dog I've worked with. It's exciting to see him gaining so much ground at such a young age.
