John Deere tractor owners or mechanics( a little help please)

my father has 5320 which is about 10 years old give or take.
so he changes the fuel filter the other day and the tractor runs fine.
yesterday he tries to start it and it begins to start but dosent, so we start checking stuff out and realize theres no fuel getting to the inj pump and fuel filter. it shows a half of tank, so he puts in 6 gallons any way and nothing happens.
so my question is how does the fuel get from the fuel tank to the fuel filter? is there a pump somewhere, i couldnt find one.
the last time it wouldnt start, he said it was a selnoids, but dosent remember which one.

thanks brian.

Trace your fuel line back from the water seperator, there may be an inline filter there ,could be the culprit (had the same prob in a 7210) If not that PM m and I will see what I can do to help!
