The whole stink about Gay Marriage is about the biggest waste of time ever.
Seems that Republicans (sorry, but they are the one's who cry about it most) don't understand that these homos that marry would STILL be using public assitance, S.S, etc. even if they were straight. Why should anyone care if their spouse shares company or govt. benefits (or otherwise).
Remeber, people were [edited by admin] when Disney did that? Get a life, if your not Gay, why do you care WHAT they do? It's like a Fat polotician sitting in Wasington making decisions for women when they don't even have the equipment to make the decision themselves???? No brainer there, if your not a woman, you don't vote on what they should be able to do with THEIR bodies!!!
Just my take, mainly because that is the best argument my father in law can come up with (is that they will be a financial burden on America if allowed to marry).
So what if Ford is Gay? Doesn't Ford own Cummins, oh [edited by admin] does that make US gay TOO???

What are the implications of redefining the fundamental organizational institution of human kind (the family)? Historically, has any culture that embraced homosexuality endured?

What does God say about Homosexuality?

Does it matter what God says if you don't believe it?

Can something be true even if you don't believe that it's true?

If a person was wrong in their beliefs, would they even want to know?

The website is funny though, I skimmed through it.
Actually, that SHOULD sway a few hundred thousand older white men into NOT looking a Ford products. I have noticed that it's the other parties(NoN R's) who are better at being product activists, if a good upstanding right winger wants a Ford, he will ignore the 1/4 mill. that went to help the Homos.

Sorry about the edits in the previous post,
People were very displeased at Disney when they helped out their Homo employees by treating them fairly and offering their spouses benefits.

"Embracing"?
I just want OUR government to leave people ALONE. What certian corporations do is up to them. My main thoughts were that this will not slow anyone who wants a Ford from getting a Ford. We as a society lost the ability to really do much about what these HUGE companies do and don't do, remember there are MILLIONS flowing from lobbiest to Washington every year.
BOYCOTT FORD!!, GM will be in Bankruptcy soon, only D.C and the Imports will be left!

I don't know what the big deal is about gay marriage. If we don't accept them, are they going to just disappear? Of course not. I wonder if any of the people making such a fuss are from any minority that ever had to fight for THEIR rights. Personally, I am busy enough taking care of my own life to tell everyone else how to live theirs.

I dont really care how people want to live as long as I dont have to watch it. Unless they are both really cute gurls, then I will watch... until they make me quit watching...

The problem people have with gay marriage is that they call it "marriage"; people who are happily and heterosexually married understand the true divinity of marriage and do not want to undermine its potence and respect by expanding it to include homosexuals.

Another problem with gay marriage, and homosexuality in general at this time, is how it's managing to gain acceptance in society. Homosexuality is nothing more than a sexual perversion- I don't care if you practice it, I just don't want to see it. To allow the open social acceptance and standardization of homosexuality is to pave the way for all other sexual perversions- pretty soon we'll have sitcoms about incest, beastiality, sado-masochism, pedophiles and orgies.

In short, we shouldn't allow the divinity of marriage and love to be disgraced by expanding the definition to include anything other than a man and a woman.

Now, the debate over gay marriage really doesn't affect anything. I would like to see it go one way, but I'm not going to emigrate if it doesn't. What really annoys me about gay marriage and the current American political system is how it is instantly a Federal affair. My stance on highly controversial topics: LET THE STATES DECIDE. I'm sick of watching the President spending all of his time on abortion, stem cells and gay marriage. It is NOT a Federal issue.

I agree with Begle1's post and our state did decide. over 70% of us voted to not allow that crapola in the state of missouri. The percentage that voted for it were probably from KC or St. Louis which are the blue areas of this state. I'm personnally neither blue nor red as neither represent my best wishes.
