I'm Not A Traitor, but

Y'all know that my job ended back the end of June. My wife also lost her job three weeks later. Well, I had to have a job. I tried getting one as a barber in the maternity ward at one of the local hospitals, but those jobs were already taken. I also wanted to get a job as a piano player in a [removed by admin], but that didn't work out since I can't play the piano. So as a last resort so I start Wednesday morning with the local Ford dealer selling those things.

I've never done anything like this before but like I said, I need a job. At least I still get to drive my Ram to work.

Tough breaks, but that is life. Life sucks sometimes.
Bet that in no time that you will become one of the only salesmen in that organization that really knows, and enjoys, trucks. By becoming a truly knowleadgeable salesman, bet you will make more sales than some of the long time salesman there.
Keep us posted on how this works out. Let us know when you break the truck sales record in the company.

Best of luck Wayne. You should do just fine.

Perhaps God has placed you there for a reason that hasnt been shown to you yet.
Keep you head up and just think of all the stories you'll be able to share with us after work!

As a Moderator I have to step in and remind everyone of the rules:

Only Hoss is allowed to say "Ford Owns Cummins".

Anyone else that says it will be severely beaten about the head and shoulders.

Thank you.

(of course, this was very much a tonge in cheek posting)

Good luck!

The last Ford dealer I done work for made me park in the back and would not allow DC's on their used car lot. Probably didn't get many for tradeins anyway.
