How I know THE BOSS is one tough cookie, or The Forgotten Bombing

I was one of the first officers on scene at this, although me and THE BOSS didnt meet at the time
THE BOSS is on the left in the pic.

Four of us entered while shots were still being fired, but that was before the "active shooter" mindset had taken hold in the LEO community, and we were ordered out to wait for SWAT..
Its funny, but I dont recall this even making national news at the time....

Wow. I had never heard about it but it certainly would make national news now.

Neat stuff though, if things had gone a little differently "The Boss" might not be around today and you wouldn't know what to do with your time.

What I wanna know is why is there a Coast Guard office in KANSAS?

That was a good article tho. I didn't realize Diane was involved in all that. I DO remember it being in the news after reading the article tho.

Chaikwa, government administrations do strange things. There used to be a Canadian Naval Museum in Calgary. Go look up Calgary on a map. We are almost a thousand miles from any deep water. I never went to the museum but I always joked that it must house the exhibit for the Alberta Armored Canoes.
