bar near a college aren't like bars near colleges.
the college I went to, the bars didn't open on tuesday, thrusday, or sunday.
only monday, wednesday, friday, and saturday. and they were quiet on saturday nights. A couple bars would close on long weekends, holidays, and summer break.

Evenin' All!
Been a long day. Kids to/from school, Checking in on the G-parrents and Getting Parapalygic(sp) uncle to airport today. Haven't slept much since yesterday......
Yes I have to warm it up so it (not me)will move a bit easier. As it was the clutch hydraulics were stiff, and so was the gear oil in the axles... and it was only -25*
Not too cold yet. It did warm to -15* today though.....
Kids still have outside recess so it ain't real cold yet.
Mama's gettin off work soon and pickin' up a Pizza on the way home.

Hat, Thanks! At this rate if it all goes well I should be switching companies sometime next month or the beginning of Jan. Might take a short vacation in between, been getting kinda burnt out lately and need a few mental health days to relax.
Thanks T-rad!
chaikwa, never doubted you for a second, the last part of the process should go nice and smooth. The hard part is already over. We still have left over snow on the ground, only a little dusting hit tonight. But the weather around here changes very fast when it involves that lake. The weather said the snow advisory is till 1800 tomorrow. Good to see you made it back safe. Why are you pullin the tank on the 98?
The GF and I took my brother out for dinner for his b-day to a local resturaunt/bar the he likes. Had a couple beers with him. The GF and I had strip steaks and baked potatoes, that was the special tonight. 14oz strip steak, tater, and roll for $10. Too me it wasn't a bad deal at all, the food was very good. My brother had an Italian beef, also very good from what he said. My sister called up before we went out tonight, she got in a wreck. She She rear ended a pick with her civic, smashed the front of her car good. Didn't hurt the truck one bit. She was ok, she ended up driving it over so I could look at it before she called mom and dad (still in AZ). I recomended not driving it, too much damage to it. So I volunteered to pick her up and take her to school in the AM and bring her home after her half day is over. Somewhere in between I am gonna go take it for an estimate. Looks like i'm gonna have a busy morning. She has no other way of getting anywhere till mom and dad get home tomorrow afternoon. I'm just glad she's ok.

Glad your sister is ok Matt.
Was just informed that I'm going to Vegas in a couple three weeks. Right after the NFR is over. I'm kinda glad, since that is alwaaaaays a busy week.
I think I am going to stay downtown this time. I'm over the strip. Golden Nugget looks nice.

...that madhat has chaikwa's all contact numbers. chaikwa appearantly has madhat's boot up his butt. madhat was worried about matt. TROUBLE will appear if madhat gets mad.
Jbark is still our favorite college, hard working man. Fronty has had bad days and no beer. Bark has returned from Mars. Fiver's foo is supect as having estrogen.
did I get that right?
heheh had to laugh at the pretty picture madhat- then you say all of you are studs- including the four girls? yikes. what do your hash marks mean (years of service) 3, 5 ? and you are like the fourth guy from the left about two rows back, right? what is the former building you stand in front of?
glad matt got a call back!! woo hoo! GF on the business end too, woohoo!
we still do engine cooking. we use the tractor now though, it stays put when we split wood. after two hours of work, lunch is ready! good hot food on a cold windy day. remember the song "a country boy can survive"? nice to be so self sufficient sometimes....lol
this is a fun time! we do about 20 stumps in two hours (6.4 cord) with the way we built the splitter and use the log grapple on the tractor. logs, stumps and split wood all within about 30 feet for a productive work area about a half mile up from the house. we just take the four wheeler with a wagon to get a load for the stockpile we have behind the barn. wood boiler between barn and house. FEMA couldn't plan any better (LOL)

Heidi, you had to bring FEMA into it didn't you.

Scott, I too am curious as to why you need to drop the tank on the 98. Is it full of crud? Have you been applying your coffee making (cough) skills to the bio-diesel business?

I'm havin' trouble with the fuel goin' away when I shut the pig down. Gotta bleed it to restart it each time. See here:https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...d.php?t=223688Glad your sister's ok Matt.
Coffee an' ph00 are ready. Waitin' for someone to bring me donuts. Or better yet, breakfast!
chaikwa.
