Tonight when I go to bed I can sleep a little more comfortably. The reason ? whether I own a gun or not the fact remains that some of us do. How do the bad guy's know which one. GO AHEAD MAKE MY DAY



I think it should be illegal to not have a gun concealed gun at all times. Always ready if the need arrives.

 

A few weeks ago I was loading my last cars from a completely dark parking lot that is at an old closed up movie theatre, in the middle of the night. They hold an auction there once a month, guard leaves Saturday noon, then you are on your own. When I pulled in there was a car there, a few minutes later it moved further back and sat there. Been some crime there, and cars stolen, so I sat there and viewed the situation. Finally put the spot light on the car. He started up and moved further back. Ok so figured I better find out what the situation was. Called 911, had a patrol come over to check him out. Patrol pulled in, I told him what was up. He says "and you waited and loaded while I was coming?" I said "yeah if there was trouble I can shoot him, but I probably won't get these cars deliverd tonight if I do" "good thought, what you carrying?" "a 357" "Where?" "Back pocket" "got a permit" "sure" "I'll check him out" Turned out to be a forign laborer fininshing up his weekend date. Oh well, better safe than sorry. I learned a long time ago, If you involve the police, make sure they know you are carrying. Never had a problem if I put it right up front.

I've got one that says "Guns cause crime like flies cause garbage." Haven't stuck it on the truck because I already have one that says "Politicians prefer unarmed peasants" and I don't want to look totally .
