Just thought I would share with the community what will be my life-long symbol of commitment to the future misses. I designed the ring myself with my jeweler and 18 months later we finally got it done. It has 10 Diamonds and 26 Saphires (for 10/26, our anniversary and the date we will be married this year). The extra 32 diamonds (16 on each side) were just for some "bling"
Since people are hearing about this "wedding", I thought I would share with some online friends, a great joy I had today when it came!!
To give you an idea of size, it is 15.8mm wide and, since it's platinum, weighs just under 3oz.!
Sorry about the crappy pic quality, I used my cell phone!
Mosoltov!

Man, that is some serious bling action!! I just got engaged myself, 9/13/08 is my date. No ring designing to much work. Just gonna get a sweet titanium black ring. The only downfall it the idea of having it stuck on my finger they would have to cut my finger off the remove it
. Oh well, small price to pay for a sick flat black piece of jewelry.

HAHAHA! THat's classic!
I was thinking the same thing as many of you, that I would not want to work under Optimus in that ring so I bought (for like $250) a nice brushed titanium band that is for "everyday" use that I can bang, nick, scratch, whatever with and won't have to worry. I got this one (1) so it can be symbolic, and (2) cause me likely bling bling!
Thanks for all of the compliments and well wishes!
