Man thats on awesome deal!
Speaking of the six speed conversion, I have been wanting to do this as well.
Would you mind doing a write-up of the process if possible?
Also what parts did you have to take from the donor truck?

With age comes the cage
I was "suggesting" that the BB makes him look like a #2 sniffin' redneck (like the rest of us) and this new truck will allow him to "Blend In" with the kool aide drinkers so that he can provide us with some intel (or lack there of) of their organization.

headlight to dash harness for a manual tranny (06-07 trucks need this harness because of the can buss and TIPM) ($800 from dealer, mine is brand new)
adapter plate between engine and tranny for the manual since the spacing is different from the converter compared to a clutch (got off donor truck)
tranny of course (donor truck)
harness from t-case to trans to headlight to dash harness for t-case selector and reverse light indicator ($50 from dealer)
clutch (southbend dd3250)
hydros (southbend)
the hole to cut in trans tunnel is pre marked from the manufacture. just follow the dimpled sheet metal
lower shifter boot (dealer $40 if i remember right)
upper shifter boot (dealer about $40 if i remember right also)
clutch pedal, pin and c-clips (less than $40 for the pedal assembly, dealer)
steering column from a manual tranny and swap over your key and sentry module (found one in wrecking yard with steering wheel minus air bag for $250 shipped)
smarty for tricking the ECM into thinking it is a manual
the pedal carrier under the dash is already capable of the clutch pedal, just install the pedal and hydros and that is done
