Looks like janglish (japanese/english) translation. There are countless machines in the metal working industry and I'm sure other areas where the translation lacks.

Haha, yes it does, at our shop we have a big radial arm drill press from Germany, quite a few years old too but still works A-1! I love that thing but some of the info tags on it are lacking quite a bit in translation..
