That's one way around lift laws.

"The lowest point of the frame shall not be more than XX inches from the ground"

Utah knew folks would try that stunt, so they added "The stacking of frames shall be illegal".

Well, at least he put on dual steps.

One of these days the whole "upper" frame will just break off and slide forward. Can you believe someone deliberately ruined a perfectly good Duramax?
