BTW the ID tag is long gone off this sucker so dont just tell me to look at it also it is supposed to be off of a '71 Ford 3/4 ton and it has a manufacture date on it in maybe march? of '71 ( i dont remember the exact numbers but it was sometime in '71)

its not a 203 and I dont think its a 205 because the drain and fill plugs are on the side, not on the back, it also does not have the 3 bolt cover on the back as does the 205 pictured on many sites...its also not a Dana300 or dana 20...

its definately not a dana 300, because you would see the dana symbol made into the case, it looks like a divorced NP205 because it has three pinions on the t-case.

NP205 divorsed.

I haven't found any images of the dana 24.

your tcase does look real close to a divorsed NP

ETA: http://www.fordification.com/transfercase.htm

at the bottom, the Dana 24 Ford used was married to the transmission.

Should be a divorced Dana 24, although I have not seen one in person. The divorced 205 didn't come into play with the Highboy Fords until '73 or '74.
