Morning folks, burners are lit. Coffee, phoo and you know who all at the ready. The storms missed us but not everybody. There were allot of touch downs in Louisiana, Mississippi, and now Alabama. The storms will finish with us and hit Georgia later this morning/afternoon. Keep alert you guys to the east.

 

Mornin. Got back from taking the kids to school, bout to go take some cans to recycling center, and get to work on the fence.

Tired. I think I got home at ten to 2 last night...

 

Ouch!! I going for one of those tasty waffles with powder sugar (actually I was going for a quick grap of a cookie).. Those cookies must be really good!!

 

HOLY SMOKE, BATMAN. Didn't anyone work yesterday? Took me five minutes just to read yesterday's posts.

Don - - NO, WE DON'T WANT YOUR SNOW. This morning at 8 am - - 13 degrees in Chicago - - 70 on my lanai. Hate it. Might have to go swimming this afternoon just to cool off. Flowers blooming like mad.

I see the RAD man made the coffee this morning - - not bad. BUT, where are the fat free donuts???? Oh yeh, there ain't no such thing. Drat. And I am not eating that cookie on the floor that is moving.

OK, grabbing my ph00 and I am out of here - - gotta go enjoy that sun.

Good Nooner All!

Been busy. Can't believe I missed the waffles last night. Nothin better than a waffle with peanut butter and syrup.

Just got back from my interview. I felt pretty good about it. I also got lucky cause one of the interviewers that was supposed to bew there was sick so she was a no show. She don't like me much for many many stupid reasons and they are all in her head. Anyway, all I can do now is wait and see, and figure out if I really want the promotion enough to completly screw up my schedule.....

Got to play Santa Claus last night for a bunch of kids at a Christmas party last night. Them darn suits are HOT. Good time though, my own kids didn't recognize me (the 4yo was a bit suspicious).

Wish the weather here would make up it's mind. It's been -20, then +10, -5, +5,back to -15 and now it +10* again. this is all in the last couple days. I'm hoping it's above 0* tomorrow morning, I have a new toy that needs playing with..... Thank you springfield.

fairbanks, juneau, girdwood, haines, ketchikan, skagway, sitka. what is the hardest on a truck or is it all highway? I have some invites at weird places, so that about covers where I have to go. or Bark- whoever......just can't get the info I need from the internet.

Good afternoon DTR. Got my cold fronts in the UPS today, put them on this afternoon. They are only the plastic ones so maybe one day when I get board I can use them as a template to make some SS ones. They'll work for now though. Normal day at work, nothing new to report about. Windy here today, didn't get much snow last night, only a dusting. Thinkin of goin to the GFs but I'm feeling tired since I didn't sleep much last night.

 

Ok .... what the heck is going on here ???? I moved to sunny Houston Texas to get back to a warm climate ........ and it's friggin snowing outside .

Not enough to make a half of a snowball .... but definately enough to make the locals drive like idiots !! Good thing "The TICK" has full-time four wheel drive !!

One more cup of hot chocolate and I'm outta here.
