Fast Women and Fast Cars

The insane world of fast cars.

I would love to be a part of this insane world, check out the paddle shifter.

This car does seem to have alien technology, looks like the inside of a space ship.

Watch out for the probing.

Most have names we cannot even pronounce, and all cost over $1,000,000.00 :)

Went by them fast.

I was watching some F1 driving awhile back. They were showing the tach along with the driving.
Cant believe the engines would go from 4000 rpm to 15,000 rpm in a heartbeat and not blow up.

Most of them run Nitrogen in piston cups for valve springs, only way they get those R's and not blow up, the lower end isn't the issues so much as getting the valves to open and close fast enough without skipping, breaking, or kissing something.

Oh yea, they run some form of exotic rocket fuel to get the burn fast enough as well, they claim standard gasoline would not ignite fast enough. :o

And in regard to fast cars, this is the one I always wanted to drive, F1 and all that is cool, but there's something about shifting a snarling V10 manually that just sends chills up my spine............[coffee]

Ahhh, That first car in Jim's post.... that's nothing...

My W250 does that around my block, and that's without me even wearing a seat belt....
