I'll listen to pretty much anything besides country. There are a few country songs that grab my attention but not to many.

I like to listen to a wide variety of music. Everything from Led Zeppelin to Janes Addiction. I'll be the first to admit, I like some rap. Not the hip hop trash on MTV but alot of the older stuff.

If it grabs my attention i'll pretty much listen to it, my mood reflects what im listening to at the time also.

I cant stand listening to rap no matter if it is new or old, just cant stand it. Most of my friends from Pa cant't stand listening to country but they listen to rap so between me and them we are even. If i get into their car slipknot,KoRn, or sumthing liek that goes on. Rap never appealed to me,i grew up on a farm where all the radio stations were set to rock or country their was nuttin else.
I see country is winnning with rock following second, and rap only as 1 vote.

I'll be the next to admit that I listen to rap, but I also listen to Atreyu, As I Lay Dying, Thrice, Story of the Year all that good stuff. I'll go from complete Screamo music to Classical, and then to rap, I like it all, and in response to P.J.s comment, it is not just a "cover" for me liking Rap. And some Rap I cant really stand, but a lot of it I generally like. But hey, Im 17 so that might play a role in it. But country, I like the older stuff, all the new country seems to be too Emo. People dying and being left all alone with nothing but their dog. It just gets old with all the new bands just being too depressive. I like fast and crazy music that just makes ya wanna jump around.

And for anyone that likes a little bit harder stuff go and DL or find somewhere to listen to the cover of Bon Jovi's You GIve love a bad name, look up Atreyus Cover. It was awesome, went to their concert last friday, best thing ever! Anyways, thought I'd admit that I LIKE RAP!!!

Edit: I further believe that RAP fully Stands for: Retards Attempting Poetry. But hey I still like some of it.

I listen to mostly country and maybe some classic rock. I can't stand rap. Just remember you can't say crap without rap.

i really dont listen to much music until i start getting into the sauce
I am starting to take a liking to much of the texas country music i pull off the internet. Modern country radio is horrible. I like some of the alternative stuff namely green day, and music from chili peppers, staind, and linkin park.

youll never hear rap out of any of my speakers

Much of the time my radio is on, i listen to talk radio

Some of the words I catch here and there. I've translated all the lyrics. The new album IMO is better than the last.

^^^^ Some good metal bands right there.

I listen to KMK . Only realy the songs they do with ICP and Twizted,I realy dont consider the groups from sychopathic records realy rap, even though it is classified as horror rap. I guess i can say i listen to rap,but only realy ICP,twizted,KMK.

2500CTDs_Boss, I have started to translate some of the songs, some of them are better if left un known to what they are saying IMO.

My listening choices are mainly classic country and classic Motown rock from the 50's, 60's and 70's, then easy listening. My kids say it's my age showing, but I grew up with it.
There is something about the rap and hard rock that brings my agression to excessive levels One of us has to leave the room!!!
