Ya that D-500 has a ton of room under the hood. You can barely see the 318 in there it looks so small Tons of extra space :

Luke what about getting a rusted first gen and putting your 69 cab on it. Thought about putting a 60's cab on mine (anything older doesn't have enough leg room for me), but I'm holding out for a quad cab.

I have a 50 or 60's model dodge at home It has a 6spd with a two speed rear axle. with a long stroke 361. That is what I have been told. don't know if it is right or not.<br>Aaron
