An elderly gent told me one time that only the smart ones get to be over 50. So far you ain't proved intelligence. Not saying your not just no proof.
I used to do a lot of things to my 30 year old body. Wishing now, that I am one of the intelligent ones, I might have considered saving some of my bod for the intelligent years.

Mark, Ed is correct, age doesn't mean squat! Age is just a number that comes up once a year. I take note of it, then forget it. I am more than twice your age, have lived the equivalent of a few lifetimes by some standards and can still keep up with many guys half my age. Ain't got no potbelly either.
Don't sweat the petty things and pet the sweaty things. Life is what you make it. You are in control, or should be.
