That is near Chernobyl. All the dumped Soviet equipment that is radhaz.

 

Good Eye Pourin. You nailed it. It's the vehicle graveyard near Chernobyl. Note the acreage. One can walk through and look, but you can't climb in them or touch them. Most are still way too "Hot". I'll bet the helicopters are. I think the pilots that flew them died within months from radiation poisoning. They were dropping Boron by the tons in the reactor.

Call me crazy but me and a guy at work were almost ready to fly to the Ukraine to take the 1 day Chernobyl tour. I researched the heck out of it. Even had the Hotel list in Kiev & priced Geiger counters and found where the U.S Embassy was located incase we needed help. Very, Very tight security to get your pass into the "exclusion zone" for the day. They almost want your first born son as collateral. Cuban cigars are on the store shelves in Kiev. I have read it is unbelieveable & creepy.
