Awesome! just awesome comments in here lately!
way to go eric! canuckscotty! ofcmarc! madson!

eric, only two weeks of activity will increase to hours of duration performance. ( not that type of performance !) no worries. try basketball running 'suicides' or stationary bike five milers every day. start something low impact before boxing! hence the jump rope drills...
I use a speed bag- no impact. reduced my neck /back pain to managable and increased stamina, range of motion, ect...but had a dept. 'pro boxer' advise me. boxing training is very tough on joints. a three round session/training is akin to running up ten stories and falling down three times each flight. just sayin' awesome Ericdaddy....legs and motion flex exercises first.

T right- let some breathing begin! wonderful news, give strength to the parents! or a (*hug*)...

dark at night? awww sorry brother scott- forgot that still was a little problem you've been trying to overcome.
I can see pretty good in the dark, that's when you run your dog sled training runs.
I meant that low cloud cover or no sky view or sight distance was 'dark'. as in Army 'good invasion opportunity'. 'cop cover' for warrants.
figurative, not literal. speaking of invasion- I will be out early, things did not go well today.

Thanks Ma... By no means was I pushing myself today. I need at least a week before I start a hard cardio. I boxed for Cincinnati Golden Gloves for about 5 years and loved it.. Learned allot about personal training. I just want to lose about 10 pounds and get back into my 32 waist paints.

Wrenches? There's a brass pole, red lights, foo-foo coffee, but I haven't seen any wrenches. Send one my way with a draft if you DO see one.

I doubt I'll ever see that day again...

One of my Hispanic Marines brought some chow in for me... I came just shy of licking the bowl... Shrimp, avacado, celery, cucumbers, tomato, lime... probably a couple of other things. Served cold over corn tortillas.... Mmmm... this is why, this is why, this is why I'm FAT!

I know what you meant! You think I could pass up an invitation for a sarcastic remark?

Evening DTR!

Good day at work and it was a warm 34* here today, couple days ago it was -1*.

Got some snow last night not alot but just enough to make most drivers stupid this morning.

Watch the games sunday, good to see Green Bay win against the Bears! Wife wasn't happy though since she is a Bears fan!

Deep fried some turkey this weekend for the first time in my new fryer! It was very good!!! We're gonna have a Superbowl party and i think I'll deep fry a turkey for it.
