Good Morning Folks Thanks for the Coffee Bob

Heidi...nothing like "craft beer" to awaken your taste buds I love trying new varieties though admittedly some are definite no do overs

Finally solved the uncomfortable seat issue and increased my weapon load out in the 06 Mega without sacrificing seating for the grand kids

Wow that seat looks very familiar.
Remember the wooden crate mandarin oranges? As a child, that's what my booster seat was. No seat belt, just the orange crate with a pillow on it.

It's odd that Bob drinks phoo but scoffs at designer beer.

Ha Ha - - - I can't even stand the smell of beer. I was touring the Busch plant in Tampa years ago, got into where the smell was strong and had to run for the exit - - regurgitated all over their shrubs outside the door and triggered the alarm. ............................

Ph00 = = = = more ph00...................................AHHHHHH

THANKS A LOT LARY!

I was just coming back to report that the day is complete and normal. Just dropped a glass of tea. Oh well, the glass is cleaned up, the floor is mopped, trash taken out and Wifey not home. Still a WIN! (Don't tell her, ok?)

all rain and cold today. using the adjustment lava lamp to switch to fall.

no craft beer involved, switched to grape juice. wine grape harvest season now so big festival. my favorite, very small section, of grape pie. very sweet but ohh soo good ONCE a year. stiff competition for the best recipe.

getting mine tomorrow when the price drops...

small piece might be hidden in the breakroom.......

New day dawning, rise and shine.

Stress test yesterday - - the treadmill kind. Doc pushed me past the scheduled speed, time and incline cuz I was doing so good. He was soooo pleased. Said I did even better than last year. Kudoos to me from him and wished all his patients could do what I did. Wow, coming up on 15 years since the big day and feeling great. I am thankful.

OK, ph00 is down, in my cup and I am gone....................

Have a gudurn.

ps: Lary - - where were you when I was in - - didn't see you. Those LEGGS should have been shining.

good job bob!!! (should have your sports endorsement package now, I will look for your pic on the Wheaties box...)
stay the course! eat right, no stress, laugh more! hug many!

Larry, more walks. good for everything.
I did that in CA, felt wonderful. till I got back to my cousin's place and saw her worried face! they had been calling all over trying to find me. guess a six mile walk is not the norm in the land of health conscious CA.

it is sunny, outside beckons.

Clint!! RRder!!! over here!!! whistle- hey! breakroom is here pal.
