Scott, gonna try fitting the blower this week. Need to pick up one of those $50 over-ride adaptors and hopefully not have to do too many propellershaft mods. Finally found my greasegun to lube it up too.


Don't need a new party, just need to purge the one that's SUPPOSE to represent us. They apparently feel that the democrats are doing enuff to garantee their rise to power and aren't taking responsibily for their prior goofs I don't think ANY incumbants need to be reseated, regardless of party. JMHO.

 

Ok, sitting here munching on a plate of chili and bannock for dinner, and thinking about you people finally getting snow and such. good on you, we've had it for a little while. Been unseasonably warm though.

Driving home the other night, and the shift handle broke off on the ford. golly what a surprise. Managed to slam the tower into gear enough to make it home. A chunk of 3/4 pipe, some 3/8 flat bar, a couple bolts, and 5 minutes of welding. I have one butt-ugly 50's street rod style T handle shifter. Funny thing is, I like it better than the stock " stick in a bowl of oatmeal " ford design.

Work is overwhelming me, or I am seriously underwhelming it... take your pick.

Finally got the bobcat blade worked on, now have to try it out again. Rather not even think about that.

And, don't want to make you jealous or anything, but I was out on the lanai at 5:30 in my shorts and tee shirt having my coffee and listening to the birds starting to stir and the coon making its way back home. Gorgeous out there in the moonlight, quiet - - what a neat start to the day. Snow - - NO THANKS. No wonder I see so many Michigan plates down here - - driving real slow in the left lane pointing at the palm trees out the window with traffic backed up behind them for two blocks. GRRRRR Oh well, I pay them back when I go to Michigan.
