Well if a certain admin would do his job in a TIMELY manner, I wouldn't need to be cuddled. Besides, you always said you liked it when we cuddled!

Evening DTR... got news today that my mom has been diagnosed with breast cancer. She is 74 this year and diabetic, so this is a rather serious turn of events...
her doc is being coy about how extensive it is or what the next step is at the moment, but prayers would be appreciated.
Spent most of the day visiting her, honestly for the first time in many many years( I've been such a good son)...

On the bright side, she finaly met the BOSS and they hit it off great, had a good time showing old pics of me as a kid( yes Chaikwa, they ARE stone carvings) and tellign embarrassing stories about me, so it was a good day..

yall take care and talk at ya tomorrow

Glad a got a load of wood hauled yesterday. As wet as its been, any rain will make things sloppy again.

Baked country ribs are almost done. Siding that with fried potatoes, onions, okra seasoned with a bit of red pepper flakes and paprika.
That mess is heading for me tonight... cool and wet the rest of the week.

There you go talk'n 'bout food, gonna mess around and make me hungry!!

Yeah she enjoys doing that kind of stuff with me. We went on a steam train excursion back in May, we had alot of fun. Was he first time getting up close to a steam locomotive. She's been around steam traction engines but never a steam locomotive. She goes to some of the truck pulls with me. She helps me wrench on my truck from time to time. She has gone shooting too. But she still has her days to where she wants to go shopping with her friends and do girl stuff with them. I found a good one and intend on keeping her.
