Yup there is a car in there. You can see the side mirror and antenna.

Thats was as low as it read. It was -56C that night with out windchill.

This driver got an F. You can't turn around on a two lane road in front of somebody going 70mph. Everybody walked away unhurt, including the lady the hit the side of it at 70mph without ever touching the brakes.
