iroc,
Is it possible to drink beer without lemon? Oh wait, yes it is, if I remember correctly, in Shanghai and Fuzhou where they brew it on the first floor of the restaurant and a beautiful attentive girl stands by at the table with a pitcher ready to re-fill the mug after every sip of their wonderful dark brew. Gazing out the window at the wonders of China and munching on black pepper beef while folks come by to practice their English. That was much more formal than in Mexico where I used to take the dink over to the delivery trucks parked at the marina and fill it up with cases of Sol, Corona and Pacifico for a few pesos. Then putt back to the boat and stock it for the next adventure. Unfortunately, the cases also had hidden cucarachas that came aboard too. Eeek. Few things are better than sailing in Mexico with shorts and a beer with a splash of limon. |
