Dodge Owner Experience Survey
Just filled one out for my truck. Thought these two questions were interesting. I have added my response as well. I know some of these points are covered by TSB's but I still feel that TSB's should be sent to vehicle owners and that owners shouldn't have to request a list of them. Let me know what you would have added.
Is there anything about your 2005 Ram Pickup that has disappointed you? If so, please describe what has disappointed you.
1. Leaking Power Steering Pump Reservoir
2. Weak Power Steering Pump & Steering Gear Box Bracing
3. Weak Drive-Line Components such as U-Joints and Front Drive Shaft CV joint
4. Accessibility of lubrication point on front drive shaft CV joint
5. Leaking Cab Clearance Lights
6. Lack of factory Boost, Exhaust Gas Temperature and Fuel Pressure Gauge
7. Weak low pressure fuel transfer pump
8. Lack of quality factory fuel filter option (minimum 2 micron)
9. Lack of true Class V-2.5 inch factory receiver option
10. Lack of factory turnover ball goose neck hitch option
11. Lack of factory “In-Bed” 7 pin trailer connector option
12. ABS response in low traction conditions such as snow and ice
13. Lack of factory 18 inch wheel options
14. Lack of factory pre-enabled high idle option for manual transmissions without use of special add on clutch switch
15. Quality of factory paint on rocker panels (chips too easily
16. Lack of factory trailer brake controller option (such as Ford’s factory option)
17. Lack of up-fitter switches on instrument cluster (such as Ford’s factory option)
18. Ripped Front Door Seals
19. 15,000 mile differential fluid change interval (should be >50,000 miles)
20. Factory paint on differential covers has started peeling at <20,000 miles
21. Factory CD Player fails eject CD's from time to time
22. Lack of quality of factory speakers
23. Lack of factory MP3 port/connection

8. Ease of Cold Starts
9. Overall Interior Quality
