Well I got a Treo 680 a few weeks ago, it has been great, nice having an address book and calander with me to remember the little jobs.

I am not able to get Documents to Go to sync new documents to my phone. I have tried putting them there with Documents to Go, and the Palm Quick Install program, any other suggestions? I have probabally tried it 20 times, syncing to the phone, to the card. Everything else is syncing fine.

It is a Word document that I am trying to sync...

 

Did you go thru the tools on Documents to go? I have the older version 6.? Under tools then preferences sets up how it transfers. The only other thing I can think of is check your profile name. Just one letter or space difference can screw it up. Not that I have had that happen to me .

 

Well I reset the computer since I installed some other stuff, and it is syncing now...
